With over 31 years of experience in law enforcement, Captain Freeman serves as the South Carolina Active Shooter Training/Complex Coordinated Terrorist Attack Coordinator. His extensive background includes roles in special operations, SWAT, hazardous materials response, and more. Captain Freeman brings a wealth of experience in active shooter response, having trained with personnel involved in high-profile incidents such as Columbine and Sandy Hook. He has trained dispatch personnel in more than 40 states and has delivered telecommunications training to over 300 dispatch centers.
