2024 Annual Conference Vendor Registration
The 2024 Annual Conference and Vendor Show will be held October 29-30 at the Karen Miller Conference Center at SLCC in Sandy. Come join us for a vendor show held in conjunction with our annual awards banquet.
October 30, 2024 Schedule
- 0700-0900 Vendor Set Up
- 0930-1200 Exclusive Vendor Show Hours
- 1215-1430 Awards Banquet
Booth:
- $600 – Prime Location/Sponsorship: In exhibit hall, (4 each) Prime booths will be located in a prominent location in the exhibit hall. Includes pipe, drape, power, and wireless internet access. Your company logo will be displayed as a prime sponsor on the Utah APCO website (http://www.utapco.org)
- $500 – Gold Location/Sponsorship: In exhibit hall (~12 each) location. Includes pipe, drape, power and wireless internet access. Your company logo will be displayed as a gold sponsor on the bottom of the Utah APCO website (http://www.utapco.org).
- $350 – Silver Location/Sponsorship: Will be located just outside of the exhibit hall in the hallway, the location will depend on availability of space. Your company logo will be displayed as a silver sponsor on the bottom of the Utah APCO website (http://www.utapco.org). Please note that foot traffic will be less than inside the hall. Includes pipe, drape, power and wireless internet access. Silver locations are typically for overflow/late registrations, if the Prime and Gold booths are sold out.
